Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns — from planning through delivery. This role ensures strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, milestone tracking, and seamless collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. In addition, the Campaign Manager brings strong project management capability to support broader marketing initiatives beyond campaigns, including managing parallel projects and ad-hoc tasks, aligning stakeholders, maintaining clear timelines and dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery across workstreams.
The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives.
Translate strategy into clear execution of roadmaps, timelines, governance, and approval frameworks.
Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing and related teams to ensure accountability and delivery of excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for creative and external agencies, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time output.
Drive milestone tracking, risk management, and proactive issue resolution.
Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Establish and continuously improve scalable project management standards for future campaigns.
What you should have
Demonstrated track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, coordinating multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and to scope.
Strong project management expertise with hands-on experience leading multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a structured manner.
Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources with strong attention to detail.
