Content Lead

As Content Lead at Lynk & Co, you will manage the end-to-end production of all brands creative outputs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all platforms. You will oversee production planning, budgeting, and execution while managing a network of external partners and agencies. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of content, from production through delivery and asset management.

The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle creative production planning and execution

• Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

• Manage production budgets, including estimates, tracking, and reconciliation

• Manage external production partners, agencies, and freelancers

• Negotiate contracts, licenses, and usage rights

• Ensure quality control across all formats and channels

• Manage production issues efficiently, minimizing delays

• Oversee delivery, filing, and organization of all content assets

• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  

What you should have

• 5–7 years of experience in creative or marketing production

• Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills

• Proven track record of managing multi-platform campaigns

• Experience working with external production agencies and workflows

• Proficiency in production tools and asset management systems

• Fluency in Swedish is plus
