At Lynk & Co, you are part of a dedicated team with the mission to develop and establish Lynk & Co as a strong brand position among Swedish car buyers. As a national sales company, we are responsible for the marketing, sales, and distribution of Lynk & Co cars, associated products, and related services on the Swedish market. Lynk & Co has been tasked with driving the transformation of commercial operations in Sweden towards Dual Distribution, which includes sales via authorized dealers and direct sales. The commercial transformation is ongoing and will continue over the next few years, driven by the introduction of new cars, an updated business model, and new offers. These changes require adaptations to both the business structure and size to meet customer needs. From now on, we will rely on our retailers to sell and distribute the majority of our cars. While our history has primarily been rooted in online sales and subscriptions, the shift to a dual distribution model requires a more holistic view of our business scope. Business & Retailer Development will become a key driver of this transformation, serving as the cross-functional interface for all matters related to retailers, the service business, and commercial business models.
About the role:
The Key Account Manager is based in Stockholm and a part of the Commercial Operations and B2B Sales team, responsible for all sales channels offered by Lynk & Co Sweden. Our sales organization is divided into the following teams:
• Partner Sales
• B2B Sales
• Used Cars
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Swedish Sales Organization. You will report to the Commercial Director in Sweden.
In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with fleet customers and securing fleet agreements to drive sales in your designated region.
You will play a key role in Lynk & Co’s commercial transformation, working closely with our Swedish dealers and other partners.
As we transition to a dual distribution model, where wholesale and direct sales co-exist, your contribution will be crucial in converting our B2B operations to this new setup. You will be responsible for B2B sales in close collaboration with the Partner Sales Manager, actively promoting and monitoring the new car B2B market together with our local dealers.
Your responsibilities include: following up on the B2B market performance, tracking and improving fleet agreement usage rates, meeting set targets for your region, and ensuring B2B sales results and the effectiveness of fleet agreements on a monthly basis.
From 2025 onwards, as most sales will go through our dealer network, the Key Account Manager will act as the commercial owner of B2B volume and fleet agreement execution within the assigned region.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and secure fleet agreements in your region.
- Drive B2B sales performance in close collaboration with dealers and the Partner Sales Manager.
- Monitor and follow up on B2B targets, fleet agreement usage, and monthly sales results.
- Plan and execute sales activities and promotions in cooperation with dealers and the B2B Manager.
- Represent B2B sales performance in internal meetings and support continuous commercial improvement.
What you should have:
- A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within car sales or a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong industry knowledge and a solid understanding of how to run and develop business.
- Leadership experience or completed leadership training is a plus.Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
