Join Lynk & Co as a Key Account Manager for New Cars in France!
Be a driving force in Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in France. As a Key Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with fleet customers, support our transition to a Dual Distribution model, and contribute to our sales success. Collaborate closely with dealers, partners, and internal teams in this dynamic and impactful role, reporting directly to the Commercial Director in France.
What you'll do:
- Strategize and Plan: Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with dealers to achieve B2B goals.
- Build Relationships: Establish trusted partnerships with fleet customers and local French Lynk & Co dealers to drive sales and sign fleet agreements.
- Collaborate: Partner with the Partner Sales Manager to enhance fleet and online sales while fostering dealer growth.
- Analyze and Improve: Monitor B2B sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.
- Promote and Train: Lead promotional activities, customer events, and test-drive initiatives while ensuring dealers complete fleet training programs.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction across new and used car businesses in your region.
- Report and Communicate: Present B2B sales updates in weekly meetings (Weekly Health Check) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and engage rental companies to grow fleet sales.
What you should have:
- Educational Background: A university degree is preferred.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in automotive sales or similar roles, with strong knowledge of business development.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership training or experience is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Personal Drive: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and a commitment to excellence.
- Langue: Fluent in English and French.
