Be a Key Player in Our Sales Organization!
Join our team and contribute to the success of our transformation journey. Based in Cologne, Germany. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
Sales Support
What You'll Do
Manage Sales Budgets:
- Assist in developing and monitoring annual sales budgets.
- Track budget performance, identify variances, and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with sales managers to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI.
Analyze Lease and Financing Rates:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal lease rates.
- Develop lease rate proposals and present them for review.
- Monitor lease rate trends and recommend adjustments for profitability.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports on sales volume, revenue, and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Support Sales Operations:
- Provide administrative support, including order processing, contract management, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in developing sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within sales support.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and lease financing is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to structure and thoroughness.
