Area Sales Manager Germany
Be a key player in our sales Organization, driving Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in Germany. Based in Cologne, you’ll work closely with dealers and partners, supporting our shift to a Dual Distribution model while promoting Lynk & Co’s growth. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director in Germany.
Area Sales Manager
What you'll do
- Strategize and Plan: Collaborate with dealers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals.
- Drive Sales: Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training programs to boost and secure dealer performance and target achievements.
- Analyze and Improve: Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.
- Collaborate: Work with the Head of B2B to secure the German targets.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region.
What you should have
- University degree (preferred) and experience in automotive sales or similar roles.
- Strong industry knowledge and proven business development skills.
- Leadership training or experience (a plus).
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
