Are you ready to take your expertise in administration and delivery operations to the next level? Join us as a Vehicle Delivery Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless sales and delivery processes in a fast-moving, dynamic company!
In this role, you will lead the Vehicle Delivery team in Netherlands while managing the critical operational processes that drive success in the Dutch market. This includes handling all aspects of vehicle registrations, pre-planning delivery activities, and acting as the vital link between sales teams, logistics, and last-mile services. Reporting directly to the Head of Last Mile, you will be part of the European Business Operations team, contributing to our mission of operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire the Vehicle Delivery team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee and continuously enhance core operational processes, including vehicle allocation, registration, insurance, warranty activation, roadside assistance, and preparation of delivery documents.
• Collaborate closely with sales, last-mile services, network development, and finance to ensure smooth end-to-end operations in the Dutch market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key local partners and suppliers, such as insurance providers, finance and leasing companies, and vehicle authorities.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle delivery activities in advance, working alongside the Last Mile Manager and Sales Manager.
• Contribute to forecasting and KPI reporting processes to align with regional business objectives.
• Drive process optimization to meet compliance standards and improve efficiency.
What You Bring
• Proven experience in an automotive dealership or similar role involving administration in sales or delivery processes.
• Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
• Leadership or team management experience is highly valued.
• Expertise in vehicle registration and/or fleet management is a significant advantage.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English to collaborate effectively across regions.
