As a Yard Operations Manager based in Zeebrugge, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in managing the seamless flow of vehicles and parts across key European ports. What You’ll Do

• Drive Logistics Excellence: Oversee vehicle logistics operations across multiple ports, ensuring the smooth and timely flow of vehicles, parts, and accessories at key locations like Zeebrugge and Barcelona.
• Coordinate Vehicle Flows: Lead the coordination and tracking of vehicle movements, managing incoming, outgoing, and returning vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
• Optimize Processes: Develop and implement innovative processes for vehicle distribution, from port to final destination, improving efficiency and sustainability across our network.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication, drive continuous improvements, and overcome any challenges in the logistics chain.
• Support Expansion: Be a part of Lynk & Co’s growth by supporting the expansion of logistics operations to new ports in the future.
• Innovate and Lead: Bring your creative problem-solving skills to introduce and implement new processes that challenge traditional logistics norms and drive continuous improvement.

What You Should Have

• Experience in Logistics Operations: Background in logistics, operations, or working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• A Proactive Mindset: You have a knack for problem-solving and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Power BI, Excel) and experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams across various locations.
• Experience or Willingness to Learn: Experience in logistics operations is beneficial, but a passion for learning and evolving within a fast-paced environment is equally valuable.
• A Creative Spirit: A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for driving innovation and optimizing processes.
