As our Last Mile Logistics Manager, you will be based in the Netherlands, but your responsibilities will span across the central region: the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. You'll lead the charge in ensuring seamless customer interactions through innovative and efficient logistics operations.  

What You’ll Be Driving

• Collaborate with suppliers: Build strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure flawless execution of last-mile logistics.

• Scale operations with precision: Manage and grow our service operations, increasing capacity and expanding service while maintaining high standards.

• Resolve operational issues: Handle deviations with quick, effective solutions, while developing processes to prevent future occurrences.

• Measure performance: Track and manage volumes, costs, and KPIs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

What You Should Have

• Proven logistics expertise: At least 5 years of experience in logistical operations (preferably outbound), with hands-on involvement in scaling or managing logistics setups. Experience from managing logistics budget is meritorious.

• Supplier relationship experience: Demonstrated ability to manage customer-supplier relationships, including KPIs, SLA compliance, and collaborative improvement initiatives.

• Strong communication skills: The ability to articulate strategies and results clearly and concisely, while collaborating across markets.

• Data-driven mindset: Comfort with tracking and analyzing volumes, costs, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

• Language skills: Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English. French is meritorious.

• Driver’s license: A valid driver’s license is required.
