About the Ride 🚀

Our Vehicle Logistics Team is the powerhouse behind getting our sleek rides from the port to our Retailers across 7 European markets (and growing!). From customs clearance to stock maintenance and all the way to the final delivery, we’re all about precision, efficiency, and doing it better than anyone else.

This role is your chance to be the link (pun intended) between ports, compounds, and happy drivers across Europe.

What You’ll Be Driving 🛠️

• Plan and book transports (regional and intercontinental) like a logistics maestro.
• Monitor carrier performance, stepping in like a hero when things go off track.
• Be the go-to for transport documentation for export markets.
• Build relationships with carriers, internal teams, and external stakeholders—because teamwork makes the dream work.
• Keep the pipeline flowing, ensuring our cars reach the right place at the right time.
• Stay ahead of stock levels and cut down on ageing inventory.
• Champion stakeholder communication, focusing on delivering orders end-to-end.

What Gets You the Keys 🔑

• At least 3 years of finished vehicle logistics or supply chain experience.
• A knack for managing relationships—internal, external, and everything in between.
• Customer-focused and solutions-driven, with a love for a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding rules and transportation documentation (bonus points for export market expertise).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Additional language skills—like Swedish, Mandarin, French, German, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish—are a big plus.
• Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate insights and drive change.
• Residency in Sweden and a passion for mobility done differently.

Our recruitment process

We work with a competence-based framework. You apply by submitting your LinkedIn-profile or CV written in English and answering a few questions.

Our selection will primarily look at acquired competencies and skills.

To help us place the right people in the right role, we believe in science-based and fair assessment methods.
