Commercial Support
The Commercial Support plays a pivotal role in enabling the sales team to achieve targets. This position focuses on supporting sales activities, managing budgets, analyzing competitors’ offerings, coordinating sales projects, and monitoring brand pricing, while providing administrative and analytical support. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and dealer teams to streamline processes and drive business growth.
What you'll do
- Assist in developing and monitoring sales budgets, tracking performance, and supporting effective resource allocation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including determining optimal lease rates, and prepare proposals for review by sales managers
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports, analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver administrative and analytical support, including coordinating meetings, following up on orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations
- Support the coordination of sales projects and local marketing activities, maintaining accurate records and databases
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales, business support, or project management are a plus
- Familiarity with of lease financing, sales processes, and B2B operations is an advantage
- Experience in a sales support or project coordination role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software)
- Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
