Area Sales Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales performance and drive business growth across France. Based in Lyon, you will play a key role in Lynk & Co’s transformation journey, supporting our Dual Distribution model and accelerating regional expansion.
You will work closely with our dealer network to ensure the consistent execution of commercial strategies, strengthen partnerships, and maximize market potential. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the flexibility to travel extensively (up to 60%) across the region to engage with dealers and key stakeholders in a B2B sales context.
What you'll do
- Lead and support the regional dealer network to achieve sales (B2C & B2B) and profitability targets
- Develop and execute regional B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and business partners
- Identify growth opportunities by tracking market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with dealers and provide actionable guidance to enhance sales results and brand performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Product, and After-Sales teams to drive regional success.
- Ensure consistent brand execution and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to management
What you should have
- Proven experience in automotive sales(B2C) or B2B roles, ideally within a manufacturer or dealership network.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while traveling up to 60% of the time.
- Fluent in French and English
