B2B Manager
The B2B Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business Sales through sales initiatives. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the major leasing, rental and key accounts in the specific B2B automotive market, you will lead efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets. Your focus is on identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction within the dynamic and evolving automotive landscape.
The B2B Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to execute and align sales strategies. You conduct in-depth market research, staying abreast of automotive trends, competitor offers and activities. Additionally, the role involves actively participating in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the organization in the context of automotive partnerships.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies tailored to the market.
- Identify target clients and industries for business sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, especially the leasing and rental companies.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive sales approaches.
- Generate and analyse regular reports on B2B sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
What you should have
- Proficient in B2B sales strategies and business development.
- Strong understanding of market trends and Automotive industry dynamics.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and contract management.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development in the Dutch Automotive industry.
- Successful negotiation and deal-closure experience.
- Previous experience in adapting strategies to market changes
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
