Area Sales Manager France
As part of our Sales Organization, you will join a growing team as an Area Manager, New Cars, responsible for driving sales and implementing Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in a designated area of France. You will collaborate closely with Lynk & Co retailers and other partners to support the rollout of the Dual Distribution model, ensuring seamless integration of systems and supporting necessary changes.
Your primary focus will be on driving new car sales, in close collaboration with our Used Car Manager, while promoting both new and used car business growth. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director in France, you will oversee sales, profitability, and business performance within your region.
What You’ll Do
- Strategize and Plan: Collaborate with retailers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals.
- Drive Sales: Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and retailer training programs to boost performance.
- Analyze and Improve: Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.
- Collaborate: Work with the Key Account Manager to enhance fleet and online sales.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region.
What You Should Have
- University degree (preferred) and experience in automotive sales or similar roles.
- Strong industry knowledge and proven business development skills.
- Leadership training or experience (a plus).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
