Business & Retail Development Project Manager - Switzerland
This isn't a conventional car company. We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.
Business & Retail Development Project Manager
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business and Retail Development Project Manager to take ownership of business, retail development, and aftersales initiatives from concept through to completion. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central link between internal teams, external partners, and our retail network — ensuring seamless collaboration across all project phases while driving the commercial performance of the aftersales business. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, hands-on involvement, and a consistent focus on delivering high-quality results and a world-class customer ownership experience.
What you'll do
Plan, execute, and deliver business and retail development projects end-to-end — defining milestones, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Establish, expand, and manage a high-performing retail and service partner network, including identifying, contracting, and onboarding new partners
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and aftersales partners, facilitating meetings, reporting sessions, and presentations
Deliver training programs and provide partners with the tools and processes needed to drive service quality and customer satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task ownership and close collaboration across the sales company
Design and implement initiatives that enhance retailer performance, customer retention, and aftersales profitability
Track and leverage KPIs to support data-driven decisions, while proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
What you should have
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent technical/commercial qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in project management, business development, after-sales, or service-oriented B2B sectors
Strong business acumen with solid understanding of operator business, sales performance, and retailer/dealer KPIs
Customer-focused professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in dynamic international environments
Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to adapt in fast-paced work settings
Fluency in English and German is required; French is a strong advantage
