Head of Brand & Creative
As Head of Brand & Creative, you will define and elevate the brand across Europe, translating strategy into a distinctive and compelling identity. You will lead high-impact storytelling across campaigns, content, and experiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Combining strategic vision with hands-on creative leadership, you will guide an integrated team to deliver world-class execution. Working cross-functionally, you will align brands with commercial objectives. With a social-first and culturally relevant approach, you will keep the brand competitive and engaging. Ultimately, you will drive emotional connection and measurable business growth.
What you'll do
Define and continuously evolve the brand identity, ensuring it remains distinctive, relevant, and consistent across all European markets and touchpoints
Set and lead the creative vision for integrated campaigns, product launches, and always-on content across paid, owned, and earned channels
Translate complex product, technology, and sustainability stories into clear, compelling, and emotionally engaging brand narratives
Develop and oversee a cohesive visual and verbal brand system, including tone of voice, design language, and creative guidelines
Own and drive a social-first content strategy, ensuring platform-native storytelling that builds engagement, community, and cultural relevance
Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-house creative team while managing external agencies and production partners to deliver best-in-class work
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, PR, and local market teams to ensure integrated and effective brand activations
Oversee end-to-end creative execution, including campaigns, shoots, and experiences, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand vision
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver impactful creative work at scale and with efficiency
What you should have
Extensive experience in brand, creative, or design leadership roles
Extensive experience in brand and creative leadership, ideally within automotive, mobility, or premium consumer brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns and brand-building work
Deep understanding of social media, digital ecosystems, and cultural trends
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution
Excellent communication and presentation skill
