Area Sales Manager Switzerland
As the Area Sales Manager for Switzerland, you will play a key role in driving Lynk & Co’s growth and performance across the market. Based in Regensdorf, Zurich, you will lead both the sales development of our nationwide dealer network and the strategic management of key corporate and fleet customers to accelerate sales and strengthen our market presence.
With Lynk & Co recently launched in Switzerland, this role offers a unique opportunity to actively shape our commercial footprint from the ground up.
You will be instrumental in building momentum, strengthening our retail network, and developing high-impact B2B relationships, positioning Lynk & Co as a strong and distinctive brand in the Swiss automotive landscape. From shaping sales strategies and leading market initiatives to managing key accounts and unlocking new business opportunities, your work will have a direct impact on our success in Switzerland.
What you'll do
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s commercial objectives and growth ambitions in Switzerland
Steer, develop, and performance-manage the nationwide dealer network, ensuring target achievement, consistent brand standards, and continuous optimization of sales processes
Own and develop key corporate and fleet accounts, building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sustainable business development
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic corporate and fleet customers, ensuring long-term relationship development, high customer satisfaction, and retention
Lead market reviews, promotional initiatives, and dealer trainings to drive commercial performance and ensure consistent execution across the network
Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, conduct regular business reviews with both dealers and corporate/fleet partners, and implement targeted improvement measures
Provide clear, actionable reporting and strategic insights to the Commercial Director, highlighting performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Ensure consistent growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all regions and sales channels in Switzerland
What you should have
University degree and proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales or a related commercial field
Strong industry knowledge and demonstrated business development skills
Fluency in German, French, and English (spoken and written) is required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to lead topics and drive initiatives
