AR Project Lead
The AR Project Lead will lead and guide the Shared Services, OtC-process, PtP-process. The role includes process mapping to ensure efficiency and stable workflows with the AR area as well as the AP area.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for SAP accounting and OtC and PtP-related matters, ensuring efficient system usage, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Note that this a temporary position until End of December 2026.
What you'll do
Lead and manage the improvements related to the Shared Services, the OtC-process and PtP-process
Secure efficiency in the processes (OtC and PtP) as well as stable workflows
See to that debt collection processes are in place and efficient
Ensure SAP compliance with VAT, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
Manage AR/treasury-activities related to SAP
Secure the SAP structures supporting the AR process
What you should have
Lead and manage the improvements related to the Shared Services, the OtC-process and PtP-process
Master’s degree in accounting
2+ years of experience in internal or external audit (Big Four experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP, and IFRS
3+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP, including SAP FICO
Deep knowledge of OtC- and PtP-processes
Experience of change management, driving complex programs with undefined areas, both from an analytical and implementing perspective. Seniority and drive are a must
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to identify process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
Experience with internal controls and financial regulations
