Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant at Lynk & Co, you will play a key role in supporting Leadership team and ensuring smooth daily operation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Note that this is a temporary position to cover a parental leave until End of August 2026.
What you'll do
- Provide general support to leadership, including weekly planning, travel coordination, minute-taking, and town hall preparation
- Manage executive inboxes, calendars, and complex travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and follow up on action items
- Plan and support corporate events such as town halls, offsites, and leadership gatherings
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and sensitive documentation
- Work closely with corporate functions to identify and support administrative needs
- Oversee document management and maintain structured internal documentation in Teams or SharePoint
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Process expenses, procurement, and general administrative tasks
- Provide day-to-day support to leadership as needs evolve
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and shifting business priorities
What you should have
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Teams or SharePoint for document management
- Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)
