Aftersales Specialist
We are looking for an Aftersales Specialist to drive the rollout of new retailers and support existing retailers and service-only partners within our network. Acting as a project lead, you will guide partners through implementation processes, ensure alignment with company guidelines, and enhance their operational performance. This role involves coaching and training retailers, safeguarding compliance with standards, and driving parts and service sales growth. By collaborating closely with internal L&C teams and external stakeholders, you will deliver tailored aftersales solutions that strengthen partner capabilities, improve profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Execute aftersales strategies under the guidance of the Network Manager
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail and service partners
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, including training on company policies, product knowledge, and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement effective aftersales initiatives and drive sales performance
- Monitor, track, and follow up on sales targets and KPIs, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative goals are achieved
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver regular B2B sales performance reports for parts and service offering
What you should have
- 3–10 years of experience in aftersales or workshop customer service within the automotive industry, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong proficiency in aftersales operations and business development
- Good understanding of market needs and retailer network dynamics
- Hands-on experience with aftersales process management and performance improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English required
