Aftersales Market Manager
As an Aftersales Market Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers continue to enjoy an exceptional experience long after their purchase. This position focuses on driving business performance across markets by supporting local aftersales teams and market managers—always keeping the customer at the centre.
You’ll operate at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational excellence, helping markets grow, optimize processes, and deliver outstanding value at every touchpoint. What you'll do
- Work closely with aftersales leads and market managers to support and drive business performance across your assigned markets
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within aftersales, ensuring a balance between commercial success and customer satisfaction
- Provide insights, tools, and best practices to strengthen local aftersales strategies and operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other central functions to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational efficiency
- Monitor performance, share learnings, and establish a strong feedback loop between central and local teams
- Act as a trusted partner to the markets, building strong relationships and ensuring local needs are understood and addressed
What you should have
- Master's degree in business, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with a proven track record in driving performance
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance commercial goals and service excellence
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple markets and functions
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets
