Treasury Back Office Specialist
Note that this is a temporary position to cover a parental leave until February 13th.
As Treasury Back Office Specialist at Lynk & Co, you’ll keep our financial engine running smoothly behind the scenes. With multiple markets and the complexity of the automotive industry, we handle a high volume of financial transactions across several European subsidiaries.
In this role, you’ll interact with internal and external stakeholders in different markets across Europe. Working closely with the Payment Specialist and the Treasury team, you’ll support a wide range of treasury, cash management, and payment-related activities. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, proactive, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop daily cash management activities
- Support cash flow forecasting, payment operations, bank discussions, and KYC-related tasks
- Handle back-office tasks related to FX hedging and credit administration
- Be part of the payment approval flow
- Support B2B invoicing and manage credit cards
- Collect and prepare information for auditors
- Liaise with local sales entities and Engagement Centers
- Continuously improve routines, processes, and reporting in the Treasury Management System
- Contribute to ongoing projects, ad hoc tasks, and management reporting/KPIs
What you'll bring
- Experience in treasury, finance back office, or cash management
- Relevant educational background
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
