Area Sales Manager Belgium
As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Lynk & Co’s growth and transformation journey. Based in Brussels, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our dealer network, driving sales performance and ensuring customers get the best possible experience. From shaping sales plans and leading market initiatives to analyzing results and spotting new opportunities, your work will directly impact how we grow in Belgium. If you’re strategic, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is your chance to make a real mark in our sales organization.
What you'll do
- Strategize and Plan: Collaborate with dealers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals.
- Drive Sales: Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training programs to boost and secure dealer performance and target achievements.
- Analyze and Improve: Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region.
- Reporting & KPIs: Provide regular reports to the Commercial Director on regional performance and growth opportunities.
What you should have
- University degree and proven experience in automotive sales or a similar field
- Strong industry knowledge with a track record in business development
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical abilities; confident using data to support decisions
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative leadership skills; prior leadership training/experience is a plus
