Aftersales & Network Support France
Join us at Lynk & Co to shape how our workshops deliver top-notch service in France. In this role, you’ll help new sites get off the ground, support existing ones to grow, and make sure every customer leaves happy. If you’re into cars, problem-solving, and making things run smoother, don't miss this opportunity.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the opening and training of new workshops, as well as the development of existing sites, to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze workshop performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement action plans with each site, including training, coaching, and corrective measures.
- Act as the main escalation point for all aftersales-related topics.
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects (new car preparation, insurance, roadside assistance).
- Take part in negotiating annual targets and budget planning.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to aftersales activities.
- Solid understanding of retailer operations, service business, and commercial business models.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
