Sales Support
The Commercial Support plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth. We’re looking for someone who can turn numbers into direction and insights into impact. In this role, you’ll guide sales decisions by managing budgets, analyzing lease and financing rates, and uncovering trends that shape our strategy. You’ll work closely with sales managers, ensuring resources are used effectively and opportunities aren’t missed. If you’re analytical, organized, and eager to influence real business outcomes, this is where you’ll make your mark.
What you'll do
- Sales Budget Management
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual sales budgets.
- Track budget performance, identify variances, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales managers to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI.
- Lease and Financing Rate Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal lease rates.
- Develop lease rate proposals and present them to sales managers for review.
- Monitor lease rate trends and make recommendations for adjustments to maximize profitability.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports, including sales volume, revenue, and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales Operations Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as processing orders, managing contracts, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
- Follow up on sales leads with retailers to ensure timely conversion and maintain active communication channels.
What you should have
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
- Preferably experience from a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and lease financing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
