Head of Network and Retail Operations
The Head of Network and Retail Operations will lead and drive the ownership experience for Lynk & Co products. This role is both strategic and operational; you will lead the Aftersales team, but you will also support Lynk & Co retailers in their daily operations.
The role will deploy and manage Lynk & Co’s commercial strategy in the respective market to optimize sales & profitability via the Lynk & Co dealer network.
What You'll Do
- Develop & optimize the retail body network in Europe
- Develop the Aftersales strategy, and lead the work to transform the strategy into tangible action plans
- Execute Lynk & Co’s strategic targets by developing the retail agenda, leading to reaching long-term & short-term targets
- Be in charge of securing the corporate identity in the retail arena
- Drive the commercial ecosystem (system & processes) in the retail network
- Responsible for dealer standards, retail terms & conditions, and annual dealer audits
- Drive the composite reporting & analyze retail profitability & efficiency
- Responsible for total retail competence
- Develop a total customer satisfaction process measurement model, analyze results, and initiate actions
- Act as a leading personality with excellent communication skills and high integrity
- Operate with a strong sense of delivery and eagerness to achieve timely, quality results
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in Sales, Aftersales, or Dealer Network Management
- Proven leadership and management capabilities with the ability to listen, engage, create results through others, and implement business decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-focus with strong negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A team-oriented spirit with excellent interpersonal abilities
- A great commitment and passion for the role, business-driven, well-organized and proactive
- Fluency in English and local language
