Network & Aftersales Manager
The Network & Aftersales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a professional, high-performing retail and service network. This role ensures the delivery of a world-class customer ownership experience and drives the development and performance of the aftersales business. As part of a lean and agile organization, the role requires hands-on involvement, day-to-day contact with retailers concerning aftersales, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams within the sales company.
What You'll do
- Own the commercial performance of the aftersales business, including volume, revenue, and gross profit targets.
- Establish and expand the retail and service partner network to support business growth and market coverage.
- Identify, contract, and onboard new retailers and service partners. Deliver training programs to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for aftersales partners, providing tools, processes, and training to drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance retailer performance, customer retention, and aftersales profitability.
- Support other departments and initiatives across the sales company as needed, contributing to shared business objectives in a dynamic environment.
What you should have
- University degree, technical or economical or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of operator business, sales, and retailer KPIs
- Business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Experience in automotive or other service-intensive B2B sectors is a plus
- Fluency in German, French, and English (written and spoken)
