Sales Support
The Sales Support plays a vital role in kick-starting our commercial operations, supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth. This position focuses, for a start, on providing hands-on support on our expansion to the Czech Republic, providing support to our local retailers and acting as a point of contact between the different company functions and the local market.
As our first Sales Support hire in the Czech market, you'll be part of something from the very beginning. That means no two days will look the same — from solving problems on the fly to setting up new ways of working. You'll collaborate across teams, handle a wide range of tasks, and make sure our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone proactive, structured, and ready to build things from scratch — a true doer.
What You'll do
- Be the single point of contact for retailers regarding invoices, credit notes, and claims.
- Manage and contribute to various projects as they arise — big or small.
- Coordinate with our Vehicle Delivery Management team to ensure seamless handover of vehicles to retailers.
- Act as the bridge between our internal teams and the local Czech market, ensuring strong communication flows both ways.
- Create and maintain clear, timely sales reports covering volume, revenue, and market shares.
- Use sales data to spot trends, challenges, and opportunities — then turn those insights into action.
- Provide administrative sales support like order processing, contract management, and meeting coordination.
- Support our Finance team.
- Keep sales records and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Help define and implement new processes tailored to the needs of the Czech market.
What you should have
- Previous experience in a similar support or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced or start-up-like environment.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (Economics is a plus, but not essential).
- Professional-level fluency in both Czech and English.
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and CRM software.
- Great communication and people skills — you're comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized with a structured way of working.
- Able to take initiative and work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team.
- Experience with automotive sales or lease financing is a bonus, but not a must.
- Thrive in environments where processes are still in development - can proactively pinpoint needs, propose effective solutions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
