Commercial Support
The Commercial Support plays a key role in launching and stabilizing Lynk & Co’s commercial operations in the Czech Republic. This is not a narrow back-office role — it’s a true “Jolly-Joker” position for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and building things from the ground up.
As our first Commercial Support hire in the Czech market, you’ll work closely with local retailers, regional HQ teams, and multiple internal functions. You’ll act as the operational backbone of the sales organization — solving problems, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while new processes are being defined.
No two days will look the same. One day you’ll be fixing an invoicing issue, the next you’ll be setting up a new reporting structure or supporting a market launch activity. We’re looking for a proactive doer who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys making things work.
What You'll do
Act as the single point of contact for retailers on operational topics such as invoices, credit notes, and claims
Coordinate with the Vehicle Delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and handover to retailers
Serve as a key link between central teams and the Czech market, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution
Prepare and maintain sales performance reports, including volumes, revenues, forecasts, and market data
Analyze sales data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities
Provide administrative sales support, including order processing, contract handling, and meeting coordination
Support the Finance team with sales-related documentation, reporting and clarifications
Ensure sales records and CRM systems are accurate and up to date
Support and manage ad-hoc projects related to market launch and ongoing commercial operations
Contribute to the definition, documentation, and improvement of sales and operational processes for the Czech market
Financial & Regulatory Liaison: Partner with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure our reporting, sales practices, tax treatments, and lease financing options are fully compliant and optimized for the local market
What you should have
Experience in a sales support, commercial operations, coordination, or administrative role, preferably in a fast-moving or international environment
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, or similar is a plus, but not essential)
Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel and CRM tools
A structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize effectively
Experience in automotive, mobility, or leasing/financing is an advantage, but not required
Comfortable working in an environment where processes are still evolving and priorities
