Digital Manager
Be a key player in our Digital team! As our next Digital Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital performance across markets, turning insights into action and strategy into seamless experiences.
What you'll do
- Integrate strategic initiatives into our web properties across markets. You will be responsible for bringing new projects to life in the web space, leading execution and ensuring that KPIs are identified, measured and met.
- Serve as the key liaison between local commercial directors and the digital team, representing digital performance during monthly market meetings. Provide insights on KPIs such as lead generation, test drive bookings, and traffic to retailer websites.
- Track and report on key digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and use data insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Use tools like Optimizely and Hotjar to support.
- Use local input from the markets to optimize the customer journey accordingly. Add a local touch based on the needs within the market.
- Work closely with sales, design, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies across all touchpoints, maintaining a consistent brand and user experience.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital commercial management
- Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of how digital activity impacts business outcomes
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract strategic insights
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer journey optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate digital performance into clear, compelling business insights
- Skilled at preparing and delivering performance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Note that this is a temporary position (12 months) with the prospect of becoming a permanent position.
