Vehicle Delivery Manager 

An excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute their experience with administrative tasks related to sales and delivery – and play a vital role in a fast-moving company!
As the Vehicle Delivery Manager, you will lead the Vehicle Delivery team in France while also working hands-on with the tasks described below.
This function is critical to ensuring the efficient and compliant handling of end-to-end operational processes in the French market. This includes ensuring all necessary documentation for vehicle registrations is in order and submitted on time, proactively planning delivery activities based on sales forecasts, and acting as the link between the sales teams, our engagement center, logistics, and last-mile service teams. You will report to the Head of Last Mile and be part of the European Business Operations organization.

What you'll do

• Establish, operate, and continuously improve some of the core operating processes.
• Planning and readiness of vehicle allocation.
• Ensure compliance with homologation, pre-registration, and legal requirements across these activities.
• Work tightly together with sales, last mile services, network development and finance to secure end-to-end operational excellence in the assigned market.
• Be the main point of contact for the core local partners and suppliers (e.g. insurance companies, finance companies, leasing companies, vehicle authorities etc.).
• Manage pre-planning of vehicle delivery activities together with the Vehicle Operations Team & Sales manager for the assigned market.
• Report into the central KPI structure and target-setting processes.

Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

What you bring

• Experience from either an automotive dealership or similar roles involving administration around sales or delivery
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and demanding work environment
• Previous experience as a manager or team leader is a plus
• Experience in vehicle registration and/or fleet management will be considered a strong asset
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French
• Full professional proficiency in English
