Aftersales Specialist
The position is a driver of rolling out new retailers and maintaining existing including service partners (only service and no car sales). The position drives the implementation as a project leader with the retailer and internal L&C teams. This includes:
- Safeguarding the retailer is following our guidelines, policies and standards.
- Coach and train retailers in aftersales and provide necessary tools and information.
- Monitoring and drive gross profit and volume on parts and service offer sales.
This role involves proposing tailored solutions, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with different stakeholders to maximize L&C sales together with partners. By leveraging this knowledge, you provide valuable insights to both partners and L&C internal stakeholders, contributing to the sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
- Execute aftersales strategies under guidance of the Network Manager.
- Build and maintain good relationships with partners.
- Execute the onboarding process for new retail partners, ensuring they are trained on company policies, product knowledge, operational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for cohesive aftersales approaches, push sales and do necessary sales follow up with agreed targets and KPI, qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Generate and analyze regular reports on B2B sales performance.
What You Should Have
- A university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in aftersales or retailer business or business development within the Automotive industry in the market.
- Strong understanding of market needs and dynamics within the retailer business.
- Knowledgeable in negotiation techniques and contract management.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
Note that you are expected to be available for travel within Italy to visit retail partners for this role.
