We are looking for a finance business partner for one of the key business areas covering Lynk & Co subscription & car sharing.

Business Controller

You'll be responsible for the financial reporting together with the controlling team. You will be a key player in our budget, forecast, and business plan process for the European markets.

The role reports to Head of Controlling & Analytics and is based in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

• Act as the financial advisor for dedicated departments
• Planning and following up on all quality-related items
• Develop business cases for the sale of intra-group consultancy services
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing for your assigned area
• Prepare and enhance internal financial reports/presentations and contribute to monthly reporting for our owners
• Support the respective Market Area Head to achieve the operational KPIs
• Specialized in one of the key business units (e.g. new car sales, Used Car, Subscription, Operations, Design & Engineering projects etc.)
• Analyze business performance across various countries and departments in Europe

What you should have

• Strong financial knowledge, with solid experience in accounting and financial analysis
• Previous experience in automotive industry and/or car rental business
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• Experienced in Power BI, Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Experienced user of SAP or similar systems
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus
