At Lynk & Co, you are part of a dedicated team with the mission to develop and establish Lynk & Co as a strong brand position among Swedish car buyers. As a national sales company, we are responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of Lynk & Co cars, associated products and related services on the Swedish market. Lynk & Co has been tasked with driving the transformation of commercial operations in Sweden towards Dual Distribution, which includes sales via authorized retailers, direct sales and our online channel.
The commercial transformation is ongoing and will be happening for the next couple of years with the introduction of new cars, updated business model and offers, that requires changes within the business structure, business size to meet the customer needs. We will from now rely on our retailers and they will be selling and distributing a majority our cars. Our history is mainly based online sales and subscription, but as we will change to a Dual distribution model, we need a holistic view on business scope. Business & Retailer Development turns into a core driver of change as the cross functional interface for issues related to retailer, service business and commercial business models.
Key Account Manager is a part of Commercial Operations and B2B Sales, responsible for all sales channels that Lynk & Co Sweden provide. Sales are divided into the following teams:
- Partner Sales
- B2B Sales
- Used Cars
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our new team within Sales Organization. You will report to the Commercial Director in Sweden.
What you'll do
- To conduct a strategic as well as tactical dialogue with Fleet customers and Lynk&Co retailers regarding the car and signing Fleet agreements.
- Ensure that each Lynk&Co dealer has a monthly/quarterly/annual plan that drives the sales towards the B2B and B2C goals set by you and the Commercial Director at Lynk&Co in Sweden.
- Participate when needed in market meetings with Lynk&Co retailers to ensure that prioritized business areas and concepts take place in accordance with agreed levels.
- In dialogue with the B2B-manager at Lynk&Co and the local dealer's management, decide on sales promotion measures and activities (customer events, test drive activities, etc.).
- Ensure that the Lynk&Co dealer follows Lynk&Co's training program within sales and Fleet.
- Communicate the B2B Sales performance at weekly meetings (Weekly Health Check) and work for continuous improvement at Lynk & Co in Sweden.
- Perform quarterly review and analysis of the performance in the designated area
- Work closely with the Partner Sales Manager to drive the fleet sales in the region as well as online.
- Lead and run the Lynk&Co trade, in the region within customer satisfaction for all parts of the business (New car, Used car).
What you should have
You have preferably University degree and experience from Key account management within car sales or similar roles in the industry. You have related industry knowledge with a good understanding of running and developing business.
Leadership training or few years of leadership experience are meritorious. You are fluent verbally and in writing in both in Swedish and English.

For this position, you need to have an excellent communication skill, high integrity, strong sense of delivery and a personal eagerness to accomplish results and getting things done, in time and with quality.
You have a great commitment and a great passion for the sales roles, and you are business driven, well organized, proactive and sees opportunities in new challenges.
You have the ability to listen, engage and create results through others and make business decisions and implement them.
