We are seeking a skilled and analytical leader to drive our data analytics initiatives. This role is based in Gothenburg. You will manage data integrity, develop data-driven solutions, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Analytics team. As the Product Owner, you will shape the direction of analytics products and ensure alignment with business objectives.

This role is crucial for driving business success by ensuring the integrity and quality of data, promoting a data-driven culture, and delivering innovative analytics solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization. In this position, you will report to the Head of Controlling, shaping the direction of analytics products and maximizing their impact on the business.

What you'll do

• Align analytics initiatives with business goals.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain an analytics product roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Plan and coordinate product releases.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and integrity.
• Implement data governance policies.
• Foster a data-driven culture.

What you should have

• Extensive experience in data management, analytics, product ownership, and agile project management.
• Proven leadership in data or analytics teams.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in SQL, data validation tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with ETL processes and cloud-based analytics (Azure & Databricks).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with diverse stakeholders.
