Administrative Assistant
We’re Looking for a Proactive and Organized Administrative Assistant
At Lynk & Co, we don’t do things like everyone else, and we need someone who shares our vision of breaking the mold. We’re looking for a hands-on Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of it all, assisting our COO, VP of Strategy Product & Offer, and VP of Vehicle Operations with daily tasks, meeting follow-ups, and event planning. If you love keeping things organized, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy making sure no detail is overlooked, this might be the job for you!
This is a temporary position
Who We’re Looking For
An energetic, self-motivated individual who loves organization and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting. You’re a great communicator, a problem solver, and someone who can juggle multiple priorities with ease. Bonus points if you’re already familiar with tools like SharePoint and Teams!
What You'll Do

Executive Support:
Help our leadership team stay on top of things by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and taking meeting minutes.

Meeting Follow-Up:
Track actions and decisions from leadership meetings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Event Planning:
Plan and execute corporate events like town halls and offsites to keep our team connected and inspired.

Administrative Assistance:
Work with different corporate functions to identify and support areas that need a little extra help.

Document Management:
Keep our internal documentation well-organized and accessible using Teams or SharePoint.

Vendor Management:
Manage facility-related supplies and services to keep everything running smoothly.
What You Should Have
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office Suite is a plus.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset—someone who can anticipate needs and get things done.
- Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role.
