Network Manager

We are looking for a committed and passionate colleague to lead network and retailer performance for Lynk & Co’s Aftersales services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing, implementing, and managing tools and processes that ensure we can identify and act on risks and opportunities within our network.
As Network Manager, you’ll maintain and support Lynk & Co’s aftersales partners, driving retail implementation across the market. You will also identify and onboard new retailers in collaboration with our partners, plan and implement market representation, and ensure our capacity and coverage meet strategic needs.
Who We’re Looking For
A commercially minded, entrepreneurial individual with experience in service networks. You have a strong business outlook, excellent networking and interpersonal skills, and proven leadership abilities. You’re a team player with integrity who can balance independent decision-making with collaboration. Ideally, you’re based in the Cologne area. This role reports to the Head of Aftersales Operations, Europe, as part of Lynk & Co’s Business Operations function.
What you'll do
- Develop tools and processes for capacity planning to ensure our markets and operators are equipped to meet growth goals.
- Implement activities and programs to drive performance and profitability.
- Maintain and update the Retail Service Network and lead and manage a small team
- Manage retailer appointments, escalations, terminations, and contract administration.
- Ensure an attractive service offer and manage commercial conditions for retailers.
What you should have
- Strong understanding of operator business, sales, and retailer KPIs.
- Business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience in automotive or other service-intensive B2B sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
