In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you’ll engage in both strategic and operational activities. Flexibility and adaptability will be key, as you’ll support various initiatives beyond your core responsibilities. Your contributions will be vital in driving our growth and profitability across cross-functional teams. 

What you'll do

• Oversee the procurement of consultant services (temporary workforce and projects) and other professional services, including HR-related services.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure early involvement and achieve cost reductions based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Plan, execute, and manage sourcing projects and contract negotiations while implementing effective procurement strategies.
• Provide insights into supplier markets, trends, and cost drivers to inform sourcing strategies and pricing models.
• Work closely with our legal team to ensure contracts meet our objectives and comply with regulations.
• Drive enhancements in our purchasing function by developing new tools, processes, and guidelines.
• Educate stakeholders on procurement policies and best practices to ensure adherence.

What you should have

• Proven track record in purchasing professional services, particularly in consultant services.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience handling complex discussions effectively.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, capable of balancing strategic and operational tasks.
