Health, Safety, and Admin Coordinator
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for health and safety? We are looking for a Health, Safety, and Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will develop and maintain high-performing strategies for our facilities, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and oversee administrative functions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for facilities management and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective facilities management.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate services and ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, such as OSHA or local standards.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and adjust processes as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Oversee the management of official documents, ensuring secure and efficient handling.
- Support departments in enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining processes.
- Assist with document retention policies to ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
What you should have
- Prior experience in health and safety management, facilities management, or administrative coordination is required.
- Connected experience in employee safety and HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with GDPR regulations
Personal skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
