As Head of Brand and Creative, you’ll lead a team that drives the distinct creative product that brings our brand to life, as well as evolving the brand and guiding its execution for our partners. You’ll be at the heart of this unique challenger brand, combining a passion for creative excellence & innovation, the drive to get shit done, and the ability to connect creative to business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of creative professionals, including brand, copy, film and design experts.
- Evolve brand strategy over the long term, working with your team to bring this to life tangibly into execution, education and guidelines.
- Build inspirational integrated campaign creative, aligned with the needs of the business, to drive long and short-term commercial success.
- Manage the development of engaging (and often disruptive) content to drive digital, social and CRM requirements.
- Deliver assets to fuel a high frequency always-on marketing program, working with internal teams as well as 3rd parties.
- Guide the production of key film and photographic assets through CGI and real world shoots.
- Manage the engagement with key creative agencies to build next level creative, building on the foundations set by of our own internal teams.
- Act as the arbiter and judge of all that is brand, ensuring that we maintain a consistent and distinct brand across channels and executions.
What You Should Have:
- 10+ years of experience in leading creative and branding initiatives.
- Proven track record of successful brand activations.
- Degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Analytical ability to align creative work with business objectives.
- Proactive and influential leadership.
