Network Performance and Analysis Lead
We are seeking a committed and passionate colleague who wants to lead the Network Performance and Analysis related to aftersales services for Lynk & Co cars.
As the Network Performance and Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for providing a full overview of the performance, including the identification of trends and evolving problem areas. You will act as a key point of contact for all master data and cost analytics topics for Network.
What you'll do
- Evaluate data and utilize KPIs to analyze operational performance, provide recommendations, actions
- Analyze performance and identify strategic actions for increasing efficiency
- Provide data-driven support to ensure that Network can drive effective accountability and improvement
- Track and measure the performance making recommendations of where to maintain, grow and drive efficiency in operations
- Communicate effectively with the team to identify and address areas for improvement
- Perform regular data reviews and create presentations for management to support their weekly performance tracking and management
- Support Aftermarket budget calculations and submissions
- Drive process development and implementation in the market from a data driven perspective, using market feedback and insight
- Lead for workshop master data
- Gather feedback from the region and identify needs for data product development
What you should have
- A University degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- Excellent skills in Excel and a good working knowledge of SAP and PBI
- Automotive knowledge is a merit
- Have a business acumen
