Customer Engagement Tech Internship

Customer Engagement Tech Internship

You'll be joining a team of 17 Customer Engagement Tech professionals in our office in Barcelona and support them with different tasks.


What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Engagement Platform and Product Owners on specific tasks aimed to improve overall system (Dynamics) quality and efficiency
  • Help on designing and defining processes
  • Translate business requirements into user stories/tasks
  • Support for end-to-end testing for the system launch
  • Create training material for the end users


What you bring

  • Fluency in English 
  • Hands-on, attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Communication skills with a desire to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Big interest in new technologies
  • Software Development experience and/or Product Management interests are a bonus

We are looking for someone enrolled in a Bachelor/ Master studies in Computer Science or Business Information Management in Spain, looking for an internship and could start ASAP, the latest beginning of Jan 2024.

This is not a remote internship so, you are expected to mainly work from our office in Barcelona.
