Customer Engagement Tech Internship
You'll be joining a team of 17 Customer Engagement Tech professionals in our office in Barcelona and support them with different tasks.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Engagement Platform and Product Owners on specific tasks aimed to improve overall system (Dynamics) quality and efficiency
- Help on designing and defining processes
- Translate business requirements into user stories/tasks
- Support for end-to-end testing for the system launch
- Create training material for the end users
What you bring
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on, attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Communication skills with a desire to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Big interest in new technologies
- Software Development experience and/or Product Management interests are a bonus
We are looking for someone enrolled in a Bachelor/ Master studies in Computer Science or Business Information Management in Spain, looking for an internship and could start ASAP, the latest beginning of Jan 2024.
This is not a remote internship so, you are expected to mainly work from our office in Barcelona.
