Software Engineer - iOS

The Lynk & Co mobile app team is growing and we are now looking for a full-time iOS engineer to join our native apps team to bring Lynk & Co services and experiences to mobile. You'll work with a passionate cross-functional team on a mission to change how we think about mobility, what it means having a car and especially borrowing somebody else's Lynk & Co.

We’re now in an exciting phase, rewriting our applications to support the next version of our vision. New design, car models, car sharing concepts and membership experiences are on the horizon and it will require excellent mobile apps.

You’ll take part in designing features and breaking down high level goals into concrete tasks and timelines. As member you’ll also help set up our team processes and technologies and set the tone for mobile team culture. We are seeking those who are experienced with user interfaces and leveraging native APIs and technologies.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our hub in Gothenburg or Amsterdam
 

What you'll do

• Work with designers, POs, and other developers to bring Lynk & Co services to mobile on iOS
• Migrating from older application paradigms to some of the newest iOS technologies like Swift, MVVM-C, AutoLayout SwiftUI and Combine
• Share responsibility for testing, releasing, and maintaining our mobile apps
• Communicate and document architectural designs and requirements
• Collaborate with peer organizations across the globe 

What you should have

• Excitement to join Lynk & Co in changing how we think about having a car
• Experience building iOS applications using Swift
• Good understanding of mobile product development
• Knowledge in building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
