For our Engagement Centre in Maastricht, where we handle all customer queries, we are looking for new talents to support our German team members. Back Office Advisor - Swedish Speaking
Your tasks
- Guiding the customers through their journey
- Manage several specialized and administrative back-end tasks related to order management, insurance, payment process, claim management, GDPR, etc.
- Act as a liaison between several internal and external stakeholders
- Engage in problem-solving and process improvement
What you should have
- A service and sales mindset
- Great attention to details
- Good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
- Live in/around Maastricht or willing to move to the area
Working for Lynk & Co
For this role, the starting gross monthly salary is 2,502 EUR.
