For our Engagement Centre in Maastricht, where we handle all customer queries, we are looking for new talents to support our French team members. Technical Service Advisor- French Speaking


Your tasks

  • Provide automotive technical assistance
  • Handle driver interviews
  • Coordinate workshop visits
  • Remote diagnostics
  • Order spare parts

 

What you should have

  • Technical/mechanical car knowledge under your hood
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Great attention to details
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English
  • Live in/around Maastricht or willing to move to the area


    Working for Lynk & Co

    For this role, the starting gross monthly salary is 2,842 EUR.

    In this full-time function, you will mainly work from Monday to Friday in 8-hour shifts. In the future the opening times of the Engagement Centre might change to offer our customers full support whenever they need it; however, right now we are open 8AM - 9PM.
