Lead Solution Architect After Market Operation - SAP (ERP)

Are you passionate about merging business processes with IT solutions? Do you possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, business acumen and Can-do attitude? Do you have great passion for SAP? We are looking for a team member for development and maintenance of our aftermarket Operations digital Solution (ERP).

You are truly business-driven and fast thinking out-of-the-box person with substantial business and IT experience and have thorough knowledge within supply chain and logistics operations. You have acquired technical knowledge and are confident in technical discussions. 

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do

• Support Platform owner to define and maintain product vision and roadmap.
• Translate product strategy and objectives into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product owner and other cross-functional teams, share best practice solutions as well as discuss and motivate design solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, and act as interface for high-level requirements
• Lead functional / technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Ensure our Digital Operating Model is implemented and followed in practice
• work closely with subject matter experts to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures.
• Lead by example and enjoy mentoring and grow your colleagues' capabilities.
  
  

What you should have

• University Degree in engineering / Business or Information technology
• Extensive experience from Digital functional development within Supply chain and logistics domain.
• Extensive functional experience of SAP S4HANA CS, MM, SD, PP and Fiori Apps
• S4HANA Business Process Integration of CS, MM, SD and PP.
• Technical Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration with others non sap system landscape.
• Experience in breaking down business requests to requirements on digital solutions
• Experience from agile development frameworks
• Experience from global organizations and stakeholder management
