TSA Team Leader Engagement Center

For our engagement center in Maastricht, we are looking for an inspirational leader with a hands-on mentality to support and guide a group of customer support agents on our Technical Service team.
TEAM LEAD
You will lead a team of approximately 15 technical service advisors. You oversee and secure both the quality and efficiency level of the work and the knowledge level of the team members.
What you'll do
- Coach and guide a team of advisors (Technical Service Advisor) evaluating work results and performance on an individual, group, and market level
- Identify training needs and execute some training modules in collaboration with the EC trainer
- Participate in the recruitment process for TSA roles
- Secure the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support and coordinate administrative and global initiatives/tasks upon request
- Join in projects
- Perform advisor tasks to stay up to date regarding customer queries
What you'll bring
- A solid experience working in an automotive customer service environment (i.e. service advisor, call center agent at a dealership)
- Familiarity with the cornerstone cases a workshop environment can produce
- German language skills - not mandatory, but will be seen as an advantage
To be successful in the role you possess a true customer- and technical-focused mindset, planning and organizing skills, and a hands-on mentality.

The contract offered for this role will be first one year temporary with the possibility to be extended and changed into permanent.
