An exciting opportunity has arisen in our wonderful HR Team for a temporary member to cover a maternity leave for 14 Months starting from mid-June 2022 . The possibility to move to a permanent employment is of course open.

We are a great team of HR-professionals longing to say welcome to a new colleague. During the last year we have established ourselves and started operations in seven countries in Europe, and are still growing, so you can imagine that there’s loads to be done. You would be able to shape how we drive the people topics at Lynk & Co across Europe.
You will be based in Berlin and work together with a team of dedicated HR people who are based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona. Our work culture is very collaborative and supportive, so you will not be on your own!
You will report to our HRBP based in Berlin.
What you’ll do
- You will support our HRBP in Berlin in all organizational and administrative HR topics
- Be the first point of contact for our employees around Europe whom you’ll support, reassure and offer help by resolving their queries
- You take care of the entry, updating and maintenance of employee master data with the help of our HR system
- You prepare employment documents, certificates, and other HR related documents
- Support our HRBP with diverse HR topics and projects
What you should have
- You already have work experience in the areas of HR and HR administration, ideally in an international environment
- You have excellent communication skills in English - any additional languages are a big plus
- You know your way around common office applications and are digitally skilled
- You show a high level of motivation and commitment as well as independent thinking and good problem-solving abilities
- You are a team player who is self-dependent and enjoys goal-oriented work
- You are comfortable and even greet the opportunity to work in a remote environment with international colleagues
