We are establishing a state-of-the-art Global Engagement Centre operation, optimized for our customer target group with a high degree of atomization and a dynamic, energetic, modern and welcoming customer experience. Today, we have one operational centre based in Maastricht, Netherlands – supporting multiple markets. Tomorrow, we will operate from multiple cities around the globe. We will always be one touch away, whenever curious people or and beloved members needs us.



Proactive engagement is a new function within the current customer engagement organization, which means that you have great opportunities in creating the framework for the ways of working. As a sales manager for proactive engagement, you are responsible for processes related to lead- and order-management for our customer service organization in Maastricht. You will build a strong team of team leaders and agents that are obsessed with identifying our customers’ needs and proactively engaging to offer our services.


What You'll Do 
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs and engage
  • Be service minded and sell our damn good car and cool gear
  • Handling customer queries around our mobility concept, products, offers, etc.
  • And a few other fun tasks as they come up (okay, maybe more than a few… but that’s the fun part of a growing company!)


What you should have
  • At least one year of experience working as a customer service agent, sales representative or similar job
  • A GREAT sales (and service!) mindset
  • Good computer skills
  • An excellent command of the English language
  • You are a (near-)native speaker of Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, French or Swedish
  • Ping pong skills appreciated but not mandatory
  • Living in/around Maastricht or willing to move to this area

  • We offer a base monthly salary of €2,396 for a 38-hour week (with additional overtime hours paid at a rate of €14.54/hour)
