HR Specialist

More colleagues also means more administration (We know, just having robots would make our work so much easier). We are growing fast and have many new projects, so we need help.

Help with running the monthly payroll in our Maastricht office. Help with keeping our administration up to date. Help with answering Employee questions and last but not least help us with recruiting a lot of new colleagues.  

This position is located in Maastricht. Remote work is possible, but not full time as a part of the job will require for you to be on location.

Working hours we leave up to you, minimum is 30 hours up to full time (40 hours).  

What you'll do

  • Support in the payroll for our Maastricht office (don't worry, we have a payroll partner that does the technical bit)
  • HR administration (employee changes, employment contracts etc)
  • Be the main point of contact for recruitments in our Engagement Centre in Maastricht
  • Depending on your own interests, be the lead for an HR area

What you should have

  • Work experience in a financial or HR administrative position or job placement agency 
  • Familiar with local recruitment channels (where can we find our new colleagues)  
  • Work experience in a fast growing, fast changing environment
  • Good level of Dutch and English, if you speak any third language that would be great!
